    depends where that 150sqm is - assuming R60/R80 at those sizes so would most likely be appropriate for the area. need good product on these size sites though - very different animal to your standard R40 townhouse. can't treat them the same.

    Plasterers next. Chippies are very hard to get too - a lot are still doing construction formwork for apartments and projects like Inpex etc.

    Marisa, I wouldn't worry about villa product in this current market. Anything with an exclusive land component will move well over the coming decade.

    i think it's getting worse than ever, personally. had a classic example of someone wanting a sustainable home - but it had to be double brick. i tried to explain that reverse brick veneer would be better (gidgegannup) but no-no, timber houses are for - wait for it - poor people.
