    Depends on where but sometimes you can get up to 80% on resi terms with up to 10 units on one title.

    No not necessarily. For most lenders, yes though. I just bought 4 units on one title for myself, 80% LVR residential loan no issue.

    Depends if the lender has a DUA. If they don't, and it has to go to a mortgage insurer, you can forget about it.
