    Randwick: Centennial Park. Queens Park. Randwick Racecourse. Uni of NSW. Prince of Wales hospital. The Spot - restaurants and cinema. Better mix of dwellings, lower density. Bordering beachside and blue chip suburbs. A higher quality suburb overall.
