:) IT spending is now HIGHER than it was during the dot com boom. A lot of companies died, but the survivors are now close to becoming 'normal' corporate citizens. Interesting how people remember the bust & don't see the positive outcomes - the new technologies, more innovative business...

Bill, Are you willing to eat the PDS if there is actually one that comes out? I'll come down to watch :) Frankly I reckon this is the wrong question. Banks are in a similar position. Their cost of money means that they'd do much better than investors can do if they bought property outright...
