Yep Perth in 08 & 09 :) I reckon theres a good chance I'll have the equity to buy again in around 1-2 years time! Whether or not I have the serviceability though I'm not sure. Hopefully (fingers crossed) :)

What price range and what suburbs? I got knocked back on my offer. It was about 10% below asking. I might have to revise this. Dianella and Yokine are competetive atm. Lots are going close to or at asking price.

ditto for properties under $400 K. They are going so fast 5 - 7 km to the city. I think values will start to rise in Perth soon even if it is moderately. Thats the feeling im getting.

I'm thinking Shakespeare, Dryden, Spencer, Virgil, Chaucer, Wandarrie. Near the Yokine Reserve. Its a great location!
