thanks :) Yeah I'll have to work that out when I get home. About a couple of years ago I had worked out that when I get $270 per week then the rent would cover the repayments. That was calculated at Dec 2009 IR's. Hopefully there will be some more IR cuts.

Yeah thats the thing I was a bit worried about. I dont want her to think I'm a pushover. I guess i'll first try a $5 compromise if she does reject the $240 per week and if she doesnt want to compromise then i'll leave it at $230.
