I agree about the price break out!  My BA says Perths middle/outer areas are still growing. He believes areas like Armadale, Gosnells and surrounds will see good growth next year & that Perth is half way through it's cycle. Mine settles in September so im quite excited and hopeful to see...

I often wonder about this when watching the English foxtel property shows. Lots of property in England are 2 storie but they don't seem to mind. I would hate to live in a 2 storie ESP if I were getting on in age. I guess over there they are mostly 2 stories as the houses are packed right in.

I think my decision on where to buy will come down to holding costs. That's why I'm thinking a bit further away. Something like this that can be rented for mid to high 300's. Holding costs wouldn't be as high then. 3 x 1 Asking $369 k Or this Asking $369 k

Hi Marissa (and other Perth people) This reply of yours is from early 2013. How much do you think your Girrawheen houses have gone up since early 2013? I'm thinking Girrawheen has seen too much growth in the past 1 and a 1/2 years (maybe $100 K ?) and its not a good idea to buy in Girrawheen...
