So I'm thinking of relisting ip in April. Tenant is happy to stay on as periodical. I don't want to list it in the early summer months as there is no air con and that might put off buyers. What do people think about April?

My ip has been on the market nearly 4 months still hasn't sold. The agreement runs out in a few weeks time and I plan to take it off the market and try again next year. What month would be good month to list it again? March ? That is 7 months away. What do you think?

He didn't meet my asking price. My unit has now been on the market for 5 weeks now. No interest at the last home open. I've decided to pull it off the market. Im in a bit of limbo waiting. I'll put it back on the market in October.

Accountant worked out for me that if I sold it for $260 k then the profit is $42 k. If I sell it for $245 the profit is $32 k. Loan on it is $200 k Do those figures sound right to you ?

Like I've said elsewhere I don't need to sell, I can afford to hold it & it's not stopping me from buying another ip. I'm buying next ip soon. So doesn't matter to me really. I could try sell it end of the year or at a better time

The range is around $230 - 260 So, counter offer with $259 do you think ? Or maybe I can take a punt and counter offer for $265k. I could pretend there is lots of interest in the property. What do people think ?
