    Hi, Just called Adel Bank and yup, it's now more. All fees included, break cost will now be $9150...about 7 mths worth of interest payments at current rate. Loan will be about $240k if we refinance. I wonder what the current winners are for low fixed 5yr loans? How do we calculate what works...
