I would hardly call my response to the question "marketing". Pal, calm down.

This was an idea touted by Henry Kaye. It allowed the tenant to get say a 50% share in any future capital growth of the property, if the tenant was willing to pay a higher rent (so that the property wasnt negatively geared basically). Not sure how successful this was/can be.
