    Anybody formed a strategy for when/if they are going to fix some debt? I'm considering the period 5 or 7 years to fix something in the region of 50% of my debt, need to work out more details however.

    Only an 83% expectation of a 25bp cut presently. With the AUD, ASX and CRB index relatively quite perky I could easily see the surprise being no cut, can't see 50 BP at the moment sadly for my variable rate mortgage.

    Great thread, keep up the good work. I'm watching fixed rates carefully at the moment in line with my present view that at some point I would like a 10yr fix.
