I don't think they are worth anywhere near $200k. Land size on these are terrible so you won't be able to subdivide. I would say $120-$130k?

Elizabeth Downs though. That really is the worst out of all of them. I recon it will easily sell closer to the reserve than $300k.

Had a look at rpdata .. They've been trying to sell it the last 4 years (on and off) ranging from $189k - $279k and that is all post renovation.

I contacted Housing SA about it and they said it's only given in exceptional circumstances and needs approval by the Executive Director. A double is being prepped for sale next to a double I already own so I want it. My request is in so will see what will happen but of course doubtful.

If there is a Housing SA property being prepped for sale - likely auction, do you think there is any way of purchasing it before it gets listed (suggesting a quick sale)?
