Haha, pretty much. Have you guys ever found weird stuff in the yards/bushes in between tenants?

Some of the backyards look like plain dirt, with some brick or concrete edging if you're lucky. Put down some fresh dirt for the pics ;)

It's got green lawn! A lot of the pics for other places I've seen have some awful yards.

For those of you that have bought over there, with all of the job cuts in that area, realistically how long do you guys think it will we be before there's an increase in prices: 5 years?
