    This is an interesting issue. Just wondering Paul, what happens if you buy land, build multis (say 3-4 units) but hold them indefinitely (at least 5 years). When you sell down the track (if you sell), is this revenue or CGT? I'm aware that you won't pay GST if you hold for more than 5...
