i like your style JWR but you need a bit of a reality hit is it worth not getting it just to try and stinge another 2.5k out of it if it/they are good properties you wouldnt need to be trying to get the lowest of low prices to still have a good buffer

if its such a good deal when would 10k more make it not worth it?
