    We're off topic but my point was that if you're holding assets like that, then IMO you should be wondering if that growth can be maintained. I'm not saying that a correction will come tomorrow but it could be that additional growth won't come for a very long time. Look at Sydney for example...

    I think he paid $400K 12 years ago so unless it is a very unique property I'd imagine it has heaps of room for correction
