great post KYL. We have a similar debt to you; and it is basically all investment except the block of land. So, as far as adding to the horrible spectre of potentially destructive consumer debt to our society and economy; we contribute none. But, we absolutely hammer the credit card...

That's because it's xmas, and the sheep will still blow a grand or three for the one day. That's madness; because they can't afford it. Wait until the figures come out in Feb for Dec and Jan. We will spend about $500 all up on everything this year, and that's about our normal tight-a.r.s.e...
