    Actually; you can pretty much eat whatever quantity of calories/kilojoules you want - you just have to make sure you burn it off. For eg: yer standard block of Dairy Milk Choc is about 500 calories or thereabouts from memory? I remember that a decent half hour on the spin bike would burn off...

    Why do you need to go to a gym to lose weight? I can think of; Swimming Running Power walking Bicycling Wave ski Kayaking Body surfing To name a few which don't require a gym to lose the weight, and you can still eat all the chocolate you want.

    You've absolutely misread this post of mine. He was doing the diet to LOSE the layer of fat. The weight training to bulk up was a totally different diet and exercise regime.
