My wife and I go the Dandenong market every few weeks. The place (Dandenong) is still a dive, and getting worse in my opinion. The market has improved though. The main demographic gives people the perception (rightly or wrongly) that they will get tenants from hell in their IP's.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Dande-thong?? You've heard the term: "you can't polish a turd"? It's only gone in one direction I've ever seen....down. Happy to be proven wrong. (sorry my commentary isn't helpful)
