    You're doing the exact same thing. I own my I.P in Frankston North but live in Parkdale. Seaford Downs hahaha, good try! I could call Frankston North 'Outter Seaford' because it's just out of Seaford and into Frankston North. We can all talk it up or down when we have a vested interest.
