Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

Hey there, Goanna. Dbz made some very good points. I think a few of the houses you listed above are having offers put on them as we speak. If you're quick, you might be able to sneak in an offer. Legal height houses are rare and get snapped up pretty quick. I think it is popular with owner...

Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

Hey Ashalim, as far as I can tell, Logan is fine. Storm rolled over and that was that. Lights went out in Marsden library for a while. No calls from the PMs to report any damage to the properties. Sorry for the people in Brisbane and SEQ that were affected, especially the Somersofters like our...

Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

There is wire fencing around the pool (2 sides), then the other 2 sides are the wooden fencing. But yes, have to check if pool fencing is adequate and compliant. Not recommending this property specifically, just an example of income from granny flats downstairs. ;)

Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

If you can find it, try to go for a highset with legal height for the bedrooms downstairs in Logan - Logan Central, Woodridge, Slacks Creek, Kingston, Crestmead, Marsden etc Then you can rent the downstairs as an 'auxiliary unit' (self-assessable) with minimal hassles. Legal height is 2.4m for...

You are in a street with majority higher density zoned for it under the Revised Logan Planning Scheme. Perhaps have a discussion with Logan Council about what's possible for your block.

Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

I know of investors who are actively looking, care to give any details of your property, e.g. highset, lowest, corner block, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, land size, rough location, etc...

Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

Well. In my opinion, the way Logan defines 'Cottage rural' Under 'Rural Residential' leaves it vague and open to interpretation. Must the property satisfy both criteria or only one criteria? Example: If a land of 1.7 ha does not meet the minimum lot size of 20 hectares in the urban footprint...

Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

Hi TMNT, did some quick research on property in the link. Under the draft Logan planning scheme, that block is supposed to be re-zoned from Non-Urban to Rural Residential Zone Precinct: CR - Cottage Rural This lot is 1.72 hectare, I think My question to the planner would be, if the land is...

Logan: Getting a bit too hot?

My tenants in Woodridge have always paid on time since 2010. On occasion they have even paid in advance which is nice!:D They just really like the house and location and don't want to lose it. My PM told me that the main applicant screamed for joy when he told her they were successful. It's a...

I keep a close eye on Logan properties and lately I'm noticing pretty good properties that have been sitting on the market for months going 'under contract' for example, this one, http://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-logan+central-114976459 It's been sitting on the market...
