    Yep, melb to bris bris to gladstone I believe you should definitely go there if you want to buy there. I don't mind Tannum Sands or Boyne Inland either and Rockhampton has dropped alot off the peak and could be good buying as well. Personally I wouldn't buy in Calliope. Good luck
