Personally, I just want the heat to stay in there for 12 months or so more. I'm starting to think the heat might start coming off towards the end of the year though.

Rockingham marina has finally been given the go-ahead. This has been on the drawing board for at least 7 years now. It will still be a few years away yet, but might give the area a much needed boost. Blacky

Im reading it the same way. Basically that sellers are doing the wrong thing by playing buyers off each other to increase the selling price above "fair value".

Happy days for you! My sister bought her block there a couple of years back for $400k (550sqm) and I thought she was crazy. Oh - for hind site! The land developer must be making a Monica at these prices!

Maybe - I have used it recently with no issues. I think you can also get them from the post office.

I heard a similar comment today from a buyers agent. He believed that it would (and is already starting to) flow to the +$600k properties - though it is definitely the lower end which is walking (running) out the door. Hopefully it will last another 12 months :D
