I've been fortunate that I have a family friend who I see weekly that I've been able to lean on for any tips. Also in my role have a reasonable amount of people who can also question. It definitely helps. But would be great to be at a point to know most of it myself :)
That syle would have to come with some decent experience, a client of mine who's a builder/developer operates similar way. Usually most are just beer coaster calculations as knows there's enough fat and has the skills to overcome the hurdles.
Be nice to get to that point.
