In 2003, I bought 12 ip's (bringing total to 25 ip's), sold 3 ip's(total back to 22 ip's), paid out the loans on PPOR and 4 ip's, and reno'd one ip. I think I will be a bit lazy for the first half of 2004 and just go with the flow for a while.:) Happy and Prosperous New Year everyone.:D
