Crestmead and Marsden are definitely the better parts of Logan. Agree speak with agents and property managers in the area, check out the yields and then make your decisions.
We have been investing in the Logan area for a few years now and have seen a steady growth in the area. I would still go Woodridge - Eagelby - Deception Bay in that order. There are still some good properties to be had if you're quick and finance ready.
