I see Investor Mentor have stopped advertising on Realestate.com for private landlords, do any other companies still do it ?

Rents have dropped for sure, I had a house rented at $525pw and was struggling to get offers at $475pw now. Just had tenants give me notice on my unit in Mt lawley, I was getting 410pw for that so see how we go. Chomp

Can you help me out MTR, What area's / pockets are good to avoid if any ? I remember looking at Spearwood a few years ago and I liked it then to be honest. You would really want to be on the coast side of Carrington or Rockingham rd do you think ?

No I agree, not only that, they are clearly not triplex or quad sites and never will be even after the re zoning.There should be more accountability by real estate agents advertising this way, it is getting ridiculous in my opinion !

I'm with Sanj mate, also $1000 m2 is for single storey project home prices and even then probably not enough.
