I put through a pricing to CBA using the pricing tool and due to the amount of discount requested went to manual assessment. Got declined due to no new borrowings. Tried again and accepted the auto generated offering and got accepted albeit at a lower discount. Client was over the moon.

Change broker and get them to submit a request on your behalf. Depending on the bank the broker may or may not get paid for this, but this should not matter. Done many a pricing for people that I earned no money from but the goodwill it buys is simply stunning in many cases. I have never had a...
