    Full assessment does include a valuation. In general though, if you have a fear that in five years that a specific property will be a lower nominal value than when the finance is taken out, it may not be a good idea to buy said property to begin with!

    That product only seems to touch on rate, IO and an offset account, with nothing that amazing other than a cheap rate. What's their addback provisions, cash out requirement's, servicing of internal and external debt, 1 yr Self employed financials, upfront valuations, val requirements at...
