    SP = Smithfield Plains. :) You're kinda on the right track there. I would look at trying to snatch up two duplexes for 300k. Not advertised much on re.com, its mainly old couples cashing in. The local messenger and paper come up, always pays to ask around. Also would hit up the local Re agents...
