    In same order as yours 1. Hence the properly educated shares strategy. Would have never picked that up to begin with 2. Same for either class 3. Hence the properly educated shares strategy. Wouldn't have that kinda LVR where a margin call was possible

    My point was that if properly educated and executed, a shares strat should be making money. We don't ask that same question of people learning about property. Why would that be any different?
