If the capital growth of an asset class is slow and/or falling, would you stay in it or move to another asset class?

So you reduce the returns of an investment class and you don't expect some investors to look to move to other classes?

As opposed to having to afford to house people when investors bail out of the market?

Here's an idea. Make interest on pppor's deductible (it is in some other countries) and suddenly renters can afford to own without disturbing the whole economy

But the title says affordability? And xenophon comes up with whatever he likes in order to stir the pot because he'll never have to put money where his mouth his because he'll never be in a postion of power

If you want affordability to go up, how about educating young people on their entitlement syndrome?
