We are not to judge another country's penalties. It's also not our jurisdiction. In another country it may be totally legal to do what they did. Read the back of your passport some time, it mentions that some countries don't take kindly to drugs. Do the crime, do the time. Pretty simple.

Each country has its own laws and they should be respected. I don't think its fair for us to pass judgement as we dont have all the evidence, only what the media has provided us which is no doubt selective. If they are guilty then they have to submit to that country's punishment...
