I'm not any of your M acronyms PG, but I would appreciate a real life example of one gender earning less than another in any industry. How about yourself, do you get more or less than any of your work mates?

No there isn't. There's no evidence of wage disparity in either direction. If there was, people would be hiring whichever gender was cheaper for whatever particular role they had available. Yep. And they're doing great. Good on them :) Or are you assuming there's a disparity in what they can...

If that were true and I was an employer, I'd definitely be looking to hire whichever gender was cheaper for the occupation as per your list. Wouldn't all employers do this? Or is there a difference in quality as well?
