So the next 5-7 years is a good acquisition phase if you can do it? and you have work which is required during any economy.

Our guy was an extended relation, still we received no favours. No time of when the job would start, no return phone calls during weekends. Eventually we got the small job done a month or so later.

Thats not necessarily a bad thing. The arrogance of some builders was quite bad when we were building. Wouldn't accept calls, wouldn't return calls yet we were forking out our hard earned. Might be good for them to get knocked down a peg or two.
