Astute
Land value in Willmot is around $140-150k
I'd say someone has been watchig too much The Block. As TE says, burnouts were selling for 140-160k last year. And a year ago I bought a 3 bedder a few streets away for that $ that was in good condition and already tenanted.
I bought a non fire gutted already tenanted cosmetic reno only needed place nearby 10 months ago for less than that!
Some "astute investor" paid a motza for a burnt out shell???
Yeah a VN commodore with clear altezza tail lights, 3" exhaust tip and steelies on the back to do burnouts. With southern cross and "pi%@ off we're full" stickers on the rear window :)
I only have one dog. He is quite large, so I can see how he may be confused for more than one.
Not as large as Clifford the big red dog though, that would just be impractical, especially if you lived in a studio apartment.
Yep.. I bought in Erskine Park which is a much nicer suburb.. 5 br Masterton home with 3 living areas for way way less than $760k. And it wouldnt take $200k of renos to get mine to that level.
2770 is at it again
