Will thats most of the reason I posted it here, I posted it to my main Long distance forums last night. Its not just about the ride, we are all on a ride and we must set goals and extend ourselves. This is the only shot we have, make the best of it.

Thommo, Charters Towers to Clermont is 377 klms so my log says taken from my odometer. You averaged 137k/hr :eek: My log tells me I left C/Towers at 10.25pm and arrived at Clermont at 2.06am, dark night and road trains and I have never been there before. I am happy with my time. :rolleyes:
