Good one Dave, sounds like you've got a decent Tenant. I think the term you are looking for is : "At the Tenant's sole risk and cost, to the satisfaction of the Landlord." Now where did I read that ?? ;)

I think things are just getter better and better with what we primarily rent out. Rent rises thru the roof, and tenants falling over themselves to lease out our stuff. Having a whale of a time. Market rent reviews - just gotta love them.

How so Steve ?? As a Landlord, it is by far the most pleasant thing I do. I very much look forward to letting the Tenants know their rent is going northwards. The more the merrier, and the more frequently the merrier.
