When I graduated from Petroleum Engineering, Esso offered me a job down in Melbourne on the princely salary of 28K p.a. 48 weeks x 40 hrs per week worked out at $ 14.60 per hour. Your $ 16 per hour sounds pretty good to me. Why was it a joke ??

.....except the financial advice industry.....those guys are different. The more certificates and plaques on the wall, the more memberships and fellowships to organisations, the better advice you are going to get and hence the richer you will be. :)
