    ...marvellous trend indeed.... and where exactly does the insurance co. recover that 2K from, such that it can maintain dividends to it's shareholders. Hey presto - I'll have a crack and guess by whacking all policy holders with a 15% premium rise when CPI is about 3.4%. Not bad eskimo...

    Sage advice for all investors, with all investments. This would also encompass all sales / leasing / management / insurance. Goes without saying really, but most never do, so point taken.

    Sam, These things are like pyramids. The threat of being sued is at the bottom. Lawyers and other smart-@$$e$ throw these around like confetti. Most people quiver at the knees and fold at this stage.....which is how they weave their magic. Great huh. Being sued is next layer...
