Post # 32 was a crackingly good post - thank you Steve. You must be at work to have spent that long compiling all of that. I could never find the time at home when rotating to do that. NB - I never joke when it comes to Land Tax....it hurts too much.

Perhaps purchase properties where you are lawfully able to offload the Land Tax impost onto the tenant.

Hmmm....none of the above is correct, at least in my limited experience.
