    Imo Logan prices have already moved 10%+ since early 2013 and that is conservative for certain areas. Woodridge, Kingston probably moved the most considering their very low median price base of around $200k in early 2013. Sales are definitely not in "hot" mode right now though, some properties...

    Yields are definitely falling in Kingston/Woodridge from what i have seen. Some houses are only yielding 5+% gross! :eek: Cashflow properties re all but gone, apart from those setup for dual living. If you are after growth, definitely go for the better suburbs like Rochedale South, Springwood...

    I have been looking in Logan area myself, and to my knowledge as long as its not close to housing commision type properties (use google maps to check out street scape) and check flood maps, you will be alright. Prices have definitely moved in the area, wish i had bought in 2012 or last year...
