The properties have been added to realestate.com.au and domain.com.au today and are ready to be rented from 30 Jul 13. We conduct handover of the property on Friday. Woohoo!

Yeah it was turn key. Didn't want to have the hassle of going up there and completing it myself. Good luck with the plans. My main experience is get those right for council and it should be smooth sailing.
