    Low risk low return, that's all. If you had a successful business, you could build a property portfolio in one year that would've taken 10 years. In fact you wouldn't even do that because it's such low returns. You'd keep growing your business. Which is why most successful business people...

    Very interesting thread. Should make a disclaimer first. I'm in a PAYG job so am not the person you want to speak to, but I do have the work ethic (at work) of someone who if I was in charge I'd fire him on the day. So here's my thoughts and observations. A lot of things are hard to touch on...
