You might be able to get them to pay higher by saying you'll take'em with you for a better offer, otherwise they stay in the house :D. Pet goat... I thought they're classified more as livestock/farm animal than pet? (forgive my ignorance, and no I don't eat goat)

:( I hope the cat is going to be well cared for. Different people has different views on their pets. My dog is my family member, I can offer buyer to be in contact with a really awesome breeder, but my dog ain't going anywhere just for a house to sell :mad:. I need more coffee too TMNT.
