Depends on which unit and how big it is. For mine $600 is for every 2 months, not per quarter :eek:

I live around here so yes - it's a relatively convenient place. I still think that $800K for a new 2 bed is expensive (though that's what you would expect if you are buying into new units here, I'm happy as long as my place is valued better for this :rolleyes:). Expect traffic congestions...
