i love the flowers in the front yard. why bother with the internal photos? when i see a road side photo only i immediately think difficult tenant = negotiating room.

the area is 1/3 Chinese ozzies. the vendors probably don't speak English and don't know the add is crap. the agent obviously has the same English skills as the vendor.
