We were hoping to get about $14,000 from each property but not thinking that it will happen just now, better to increase equity by putting cash into the offset. Thanks again.

The question I have is did you do an equity pull after every one of your purchases in Logan? Or did you do one 'lump equity pull' and purchase all 6 from there? If the former, did you gain any instant equity from properties you had immediately just purchased? The reason for my question is...
