Thanks for all input guys. This forum is amazing I usually just follow the posts but I felt really tempted to start a thread about this property and see the opinion of some experts.

This property has been in the market for a few weeks and according to my calculations it is a positive cash flow investment. http://www.realestate.com.au/property-unit-vic-frankston-111985395 I wonder if someone here can pinpoint something wrong with it.
