144sqm is huge for an apartment. Strathfield is a premium suburb in the surrounding area, so 680k in relative terms not so out of the mark I have a 40 yr old Fairfield unit with only 70 sqm and its near the 300k mark... I couldn't quite understand how people can afford it there
